BASE5050
Web3 Raffle System

How BASE5050 Works

BASE5050 brings transparent Web3 raffles to Base. Create and enter ETH and USDC 50/50 raffles with verified winners, automated settlement, and instant payouts, with no claiming required. Every draw is powered by RandProofRNG, which provides verifiable randomness so participants can confirm that each winner was selected fairly. RandProofAutomation then finalizes each raffle the moment it ends or sells out, removing manual steps and keeping the process fast and trustworthy. Built on Base Mainnet, BASE5050 offers low fees, a smooth experience, and a raffle system where every outcome can be verified on-chain.

ETH & USDC Powered

Hold ETH Or USDC To Play

BASE5050 accepts ETH and USDC. Creating an ETH raffle costs 0.01 ETH: 0.0099 ETH to the platform wallet and 0.0001 ETH to the RandProof RNG/Automation reserve. USDC raffles cost $20.00 USDC plus the same 0.0001 ETH reserve. Tickets are 0.0025 ETH or $5.00 USDC.

Creator Break-Even Analysis

Creators keep 50% of every ticket sale. To recover the creation fee, a raffle needs to sell enough tickets where that 50% share equals what was paid up front.

ETH Raffle

To recover the 0.01 ETH creation fee, the raffle needs to sell enough tickets where 50% of sales equals 0.01 ETH.

Break-Even: 8 Tickets Sold (8 × 0.0025 ETH × 50% = 0.01 ETH)

USDC Raffle

To recover the $20.00 USDC creation fee, the raffle needs to sell enough tickets where 50% of sales equals $20.00 USDC.

Break-Even: 8 Tickets Sold (8 × $5.00 USDC × 50% = $20.00 USDC)

10,000$50,000 USDC$25,000 USDC+$24,980 USDC+124,900%

Net profit/loss and ROI are calculated against the creation platform fee. For USDC raffles, the 0.0001 ETH finalization reserve is excluded since it funds RandProof RNG and automation, not the platform.

Raffle Flow

Create, Buy, Share, Finalize

1

Create a Raffle

Hold ETH or USDC in your wallet, name your 50/50 raffle, set the duration, and submit the creation payment: 0.01 ETH, or $20 USDC + 0.0001 ETH.

2

Buy Tickets

Join active raffles with ETH or USDC. Each ticket costs 0.0025 ETH or $5.00 USDC and is recorded transparently on-chain.

3

Share Your Link

Every raffle gets a unique shareable link for your community, audience, or party. Post it anywhere to fill tickets faster.

4

Winner Selection & Settlement

When the raffle ends or sells out, RandProofAutomation triggers finalization and RandProofRNG supplies verifiable randomness. The contract pays the winner and creator 50/50 automatically. No claiming needed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does BASE5050 use RandProofRNG?

Yes. BASE5050 uses RandProofRNG verifiable randomness for verifiable winner randomness on Base.

What does RandProofAutomation do?

RandProofAutomation can trigger raffle finalization when a raffle reaches its end time or sells out, helping the draw move from ticket sales to winner selection without manual operation.

How are RNG costs funded?

Each creation payment includes a 0.0001 ETH finalization reserve that funds RandProofRNG draws and Automation upkeep. Anyone can also top up the shared reserve permissionlessly on-chain.

Can the contract owner manipulate results?

No. Winner selection uses RandProofRNG randomness fulfilled on-chain. No admin can choose the winner or replace the random result.

Can I verify the winner myself?

Yes. The raffle contract events, RandProofRNG request, fulfillment, finalization, and payout history are visible on-chain.

What if someone controls multiple wallets?

Each ticket has an equal chance regardless of who owns it. Multiple wallets do not affect randomness; they only mean that person owns more tickets.
